Indigo Renewables provided a very good level of customer service. They helped us by balancing up the pros and cons of air source vs ground source heat pumps. Their value for money was fair and the system has been effective so far. I would use Indigo Renewables again.

All the members of staff excelled in their work and I needed this stability and professionalism after previously instructing another company to carry out this contract. They made several visits on site to ensure that everything went to plan. I found Indigo to be great value for money and the system is very efficient and working well. I chose Indigo Renewables because they explained the technology clearly and in an understandable format. I found their customer service excellent, all the fitters were polite and knowledgeable. So far it's been great value for money but it will take some time to see the running costs.
They explained my options but as they finished the installation in summer I am expecting that I may need to get further instruction when the weather changes.

I was recommended to use Indigo Renewables by a friend (Indigo had sorted out a ground source heating system which had been poorly installed by another company). I was self building a new eco house and Christian of Indigo was involved at a very early stage of the build. Christian advised and quoted for the installation of ground source heating, solar hot water and rainwater harvesting. Throughout the design stage and the actual build and installation, I found Indigo Renewables to be first class in every aspect of the work. They provided good sound advice based on their considerable experience in this field. Their workmanship is almost a ‘thing of beauty’. We contacted two potential suppliers when we began researching renewables for our major house renovation. Indigo were consistently first in responding to emails and providing helpful advice, to us and to our builder. Quotes were clear, detailed and provided on time. So we decided to go with them for the installation of our ground source system. Our builder dug trenches and installed the heat loops in the garden, while Indigo installed the pumps, controls, tanks and underfloor heating system in the house. When unforeseen complications in the building work delayed the installation of the system, Indigo were understanding, and stored the hardware while the issues were resolved. Once that was done, Christian and his team moved in to perform the installation. The work was done on time and exactly on budget. The quality of the work was very good - it was a pity to cover up the neat and polished copper pipework with insulation! Read more.

I chose Indigo because they had a very professional manner about them, had good knowledge of product and were very helpful providing advice. Excellent customer service - they spent a lot of time going through options and making sure the specification was correct and met the requirements of our house. So far our ASHP has been good value for money, but need to get through a cold winter to really know.
